The choice of the pin

Pin type in use according to its work requirements. The diameter of the pin used for connection can be determined according to the structural characteristics of the connection, according to experience, and the strength can be checked if necessary. The location pin can be determined directly by structure. The length of the pin in each joint is approximately 1~2 times its diameter.

The pins are commonly made of 35 or 45 steel. The material of safety pin is 35, 45, 50, T8A, T10A, etc., and the hardness is 30~36HRC after heat treatment. Pin sleeve materials can be used 45, 35SiMn, 40 cr, etc., after heat treatment hardness of 40~50HRC.
