This custom C-shaped curved stamping bracket belongs to non-standard custom sheet-metal hardware with no off-the-shelf stock. It is manufactured via integrated stamping, punching and bending processes.
Made of high-quality cold-rolled carbon steel or stainless steel, this workpiece features special C-arc profile with multiple mounting holes, widely used for mechanical positioning, limiting and connection inside various industrial equipment. All sharp edges are fully deburred after stamping. Multiple surface anti-rust treatments like zinc plating are available to adapt to complex working environments.
Arc radian, hole layout, plate thickness and overall dimensions can be fully customized according to customers' 2D/3D drawings or physical samples. Every batch will go through strict dimension and appearance inspection to ensure stable interchangeability during equipment assembly.
